Leamon Family Coffee Table
This coffee table was special ordered as a gift for a family in Pittsburgh, Pa. It is built to sustain all the “love” that two little boys could give it and certainly equips this family to enjoy time together, host guests, and relax around a good movie. The table base is crafted from Richmond-sourced walnut and the tabletop is a cherry slab that was cut down from the front lawn of James Madison's House- Montpelier. The bottom shelf is fanned to mimic the interesting shape of the tabletop and features a subtle copper epoxy in the cracks of the wood with copper piping joinery for the slats.
